Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to Children, Young People, and Families in need
- Work closely with local authorities, schools, and other professionals to ensure holistic care
- Engage families in support plans, helping them to achieve positive outcomes
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of Children and Young People
- Work in accordance with local and national safeguarding policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Children, Young People, or Families in a support role
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good understanding of safeguarding principles
- Enhanced DBS check for children and adults is required
- Ability to provide 3 years of references
